Product Design & Marketing Assets for a Local Brewery

For Wandering North Brewing Co.’s summer release, I designed them a custom label, can artwork and a full set of social ad creatives. We launched a targeted Meta Ads campaign with a simple funnel, pairing crafted visuals with strategy to generate strong engagement and awareness. The result was a cohesive, seasonally branded launch that boosted sales and set a new standard for their future releases.

Client Needs

Wandering North Brewing Co. was preparing to launch their seasonal summer beer, Trail Gold – a golden lager brewed with orange peel and wildflower honey. They needed a full design and marketing package: label and can artwork, supporting mockups, and a targeted social media campaign to drive awareness and sales. The goal was to create something colorful, inviting, rustic, and slightly playful – aligned with their natural, outdoorsy brand identity.

The Work

I developed a bright, trail inspired visual identity for the beer, beginning with a custom label and can mockup designed in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The system leaned into warm golds, citrus tones, and adventurous typography. From there, I designed social ad creatives in Illustrator/Photoshop to match the look and feel of the product, rooted in Pacific Northwest landscapes and golden hour lighting. We built a simple ad funnel around these visuals and launched a Meta Ads campaign, targeting their local audience.

The Outcome

The final campaign gave Wandering North a consistent, seasonally branded system that looked as good on the shelf as it did in a feed. Over the two week launch, the campaign reached 96,000+ people in their region, drove 5,000+ clickthrough’s to their site, and delivered a solid CTR of ~3.2% with an ROAS of 2.8x. By combining scroll stopping visuals with a focused social media ad funnel, the campaign not only built buzz around Trail Gold but also set a scalable model for future seasonal releases.
