Full Brand & Web Design for a Local Taco Truck

Project Description
Client: Don Loco Tacos
Services: Graphic Design, Web Design
Year: 2024
Don Loco Tacos came to me needing a complete brand identity for their new taco truck. I designed a bold logo system in Illustrator and Photoshop, built a responsive Framer website for online orders and local awareness, and created a vibrant palette that matched their food’s energy. The launch generated buzz both online and in person, giving them a cohesive brand and digital hub that set them up for growth from day one.
Client Needs
Don Loco Tacos was a brand new taco truck preparing for their big debut. They needed a full visual identity from the ground up – including branding, logo design, and a website that could support both local awareness and online ordering. The goal was to create something bold, fun, and memorable that matched the personality of their food and could scale with them as they grew.
The Work
I started by crafting a distinctive brand palette with strong, warm colors that felt energetic and appetizing. From there, I designed a flexible logo system with multiple variations – a wordmark, a standalone mascot, and a combined lockup – built in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. With the brand identity in place, I designed and built a responsive website in Framer that acted as a central hub for their story, location info, and online orders, launching in tandem with the truck itself.
The Outcome
The brand launched to great local buzz, with the visual identity playing a major role in drawing attention online and in person. The client gained a cohesive, custom look they could use across their truck, packaging, and marketing. The Framer site gave them a clear platform to grow from, and most importantly, everything felt aligned with their vibe from day one.
